At Clássico Luxe, we value the satisfaction and trust of our customers. Committed to offering quality products and exceptional service, we have established our Exchange and Return Policy in strict compliance with Portuguese laws and regulations, ensuring your rights as a consumer.
Quality Assurance and Manufacturing Defects:
All Clássico Luxe products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, as we want you to have complete security in the items purchased from us.
Exchanges for Different or Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered or has a manufacturing defect, follow these steps:
- Please inform our team by email within 3 days of receipt, attaching clear photos of the defect or wrong product.
- We will review your complaint within 2 business days and, if confirmed, we will offer you the following options:
- Sending a new product identical to the one ordered.
- Sending a product of similar value.
- Issuance of a coupon for the value of the product for future purchases.
Inappropriate Size:
Please check the measurements provided for each product before purchasing. In accordance with the Portuguese Consumer Protection Code, we do not exchange items due to inadequate sizing, unless it is a manufacturing defect.
About Delivery and Responsibility for Products:
We are not responsible for the integrity of the packaging during transportation. Some of our products are shipped directly from partner factories in the European Union, USA, and Asia, ensuring diversity and quality. In case of external damage, contact the carrier immediately.
Consumer Legislation:
Our policy is aligned with Article 18 of the Portuguese Consumer Protection Code, ensuring exchange for products with manufacturing defects.
Return and Refund:
According to Article 13 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the consumer has 14 days to return the product after notification of termination of the contract. The return costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless:
- The supplier agrees to bear these costs.
- The consumer was not informed in advance that he would have to pay the return costs.
